We collect personal data that you provide directly and data generated through your use of Quill:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, organisation name and role.
- Account data: login credentials, user preferences and workspace membership.
- Usage data: reports viewed, uploads, refresh activity and feature interactions.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers and cookies.
- Support data: messages, tickets and feedback you send us.
3. How we use your data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account and provide the Quill service.
- To process payments, subscriptions, tax and invoicing.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- To improve the product and respond to support requests.

- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing.

- Authorities: where we are required to disclose by law or regulation.
